Our Teams

In addition to English debating, we also organize other activities such as Mock Trial and Model United Nations.

English Debate Team

The English Debate Team represents the school to participate in various debating competitions such as the Hong Kong Secondary School Debating Competition (Enhanced format) and the Hong Kong Bar Association Debating Competition. We hope our team members can improve their critical thinking, public speaker, confidence and team spirit through these competitons and be able to enjoy the thrill of debate.

Mock Trial Team

Mock trial is an imitation of court trials regarding civil and criminal cases. Students have to make use of their critical thinking skills to prepare for their side of the case and develop presentation and acting skills when they act as barristers and witnesses. Mock Trial not only develops students’ legal knowledge, it also helps build up their self-confidence and sportsmanship.
